2. How do I make an appointment?
You can make an appointment online by clicking HERE. If you’d prefer to call to schedule your appointment, you can do so by calling 806-438-5578.
3. How much does it cost?
The total cost of a 90 Minute Viewing Appointment in our studio is $600. The total cost of a 90 Minute Editing Appointment in our studio is $800. Every additional 30 Minutes you book will add $100 to your total cost. When you make your appointment online or on the phone, you will make a 50% deposit. The remainder of the cost will be processed the day of your appointment.
4. How long will my appointment take?
A typical appointment lasts up to 90 minutes. This gives you and your drafter or architect ample time to walk through one floor plan and make edits if you have scheduled an Editing Appointment. If you are bringing multiple floor plans, we recommend booking an additional 30 minutes per floor plan. Examples that may require an additional 30 minutes include two story spaces or landscaping spaces.
5. What is the difference between a Viewing Appointment and an Editing Appointment?
A Viewing Appointment allows you to see and walk through your floor plan to scale. An Editing Appointment allows you to request edits and see them executed in real-time. An Editing Appointment requires your drafter or architect to be present.
6. What do I need to bring?
Please email us front elevation and floor plan in PDF format 24 hours or more before your appointment. The floor plan PDF should contain room dimensions, but the fewer strand dimensions your floor plan PDF has, the better your “to scale” experience will be.
You can also bring a USB drive to your appointment with these PDF files on the drive, but keep in mind, this may delay your appointment start time.
If you are scheduling an Editing Appointment, drafters or architects will need to bring their own device with their preferred software so they can execute edit requests in real time.
7. Where do I get these files?
You can ask your architect, drafter, or builder for these files. If your architect or drafter is coming to your appointment, they will bring these files along with their device with editing software.
8. What if my appointment lasts more than 90 Minutes?
Should our schedule allow for your appointment to continue, you will be billed $100 for every 30 minutes that your appointment runs over your allotted 90 Minute Appointment. Please ensure we have all files prior to your appointment and that you arrive on time to reduce the chance of your appointment running over 90 Minutes.
9. What if I need to cancel?
Please call 806-438-5578 to cancel your appointment. Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours in advance will receive their deposit back. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will forfeit their deposit, which can be applied to a future appointment.
10. I am located outside of Lubbock. Can I make an appointment?
Yes! Anyone can make an appointment at our projection studio. Just be sure to arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment time or you will forfeit your deposit and will need to reschedule.
